About
Preciously Intertwined was created to support landlords who prefer to self-manage their properties but need reliable, on the ground support to keep things running smoothly.
We noticed that many landlords were either paying high management fees for limited involvement, or managing everything themselves and becoming overwhelmed by day to day issues. We sit in between those two options, offering practical operational support without taking control away from the landlord.
Our role is to help with the everyday side of property ownership so landlords can stay organised, responsive, and confident that issues are being handled properly.
What we do
We provide property operations and facilities support, focusing on the practical tasks that keep properties running well. This includes carrying out inspections, coordinating contractors, managing access for maintenance, logging and following up on issues, and acting as a consistent point of contact for operational matters.

What We Don't do
To remain clear and transparent, we do not collect rent or deposits, hold client money, act as a letting agent, or handle tenancy agreements or legal notices.
Landlords remain fully in control of their properties while we provide structured and reliable operational support.
Why we started
Preciously Intertwined was started after seeing how often landlords struggled with delayed maintenance, poor communication, unreliable access for contractors, and paying full management fees without receiving hands on support.

We wanted to create a service that was straightforward, cost effective, and genuinely helpful, without unnecessary complexity.
