2. REFUND POLICY

At Preciously Intertwined Ltd, we pride ourselves on delivering high-value coordination. Because our services involve time-based professional oversight, the following refund terms apply:

• Monthly Coordination Packages: HMO and Single-Let monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. These fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.

• Additional Services: For one-off services (Photography, Compliance Audits, Inventory), a full refund is available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled site visit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% administration fee.

• Digital Resources: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales from our Digital Resources shop are final and non-refundable.

• Third-Party Contractor Fees: Any payments made by the Landlord directly to third-party contractors for maintenance or repairs are subject to that specific contractor’s terms. Preciously Intertwined Ltd is not responsible for issuing or managing these refunds.

3. THE PROJECT COORDINATION FEE CLAUSE

"For any singular maintenance project, refurbishment, or property upgrade exceeding the value of £500.00 (exclusive of VAT), a Project Coordination Fee of 10% of the total project invoice shall be applied.

This fee covers the following professional services:

1. Sourcing and vetting multiple quotes from independent contractors.

2. Scheduling and managing site access for all required trades.

3. Acting as the primary point of contact for the duration of the works.

4. Conducting a final quality sign-off and providing a photographic summary to the Property Owner.

This fee is billed upon the successful completion of the project and is separate from the monthly coordination retainer."
