General

Preciously Intertwined provides property management coordination, administrative support, and related professional services. As these are service-based offerings, refunds are handled in accordance with the terms set out below.

Payments & Fees

All fees are agreed in advance and are payable monthly or as otherwise stated. Fees cover professional time, coordination, administration, and services provided during the agreed period.

Core Management Services

Once a management or coordination service has commenced, fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
   •    Property management coordination
   •    Contractor coordination and communication
   •    Administrative support
   •    Ongoing property oversight

Add-On Services

Add-on services may include:
   •    Tenant-find support (administration and coordination only)
   •    Room turnover support
   •    Quarterly or ad-hoc deep clean coordination
   •    Compliance and licensing support
   •    Photography and marketing coordination

Add-on services are non-refundable once initiated, as they involve administrative work, coordination, or engagement with third-party providers.

Third-Party Providers

Where services involve third-party providers (such as cleaners, photographers, or contractors), refunds are subject to the third party’s cancellation and refund terms. Preciously Intertwined is not responsible for third-party fees once a booking has been confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and in line with the agreed service terms. Fees already paid for services started or currently in progress are non-refundable.

Errors & Exceptional Circumstances

A refund or partial refund may be considered at our discretion if:
   •    A payment has been taken in error
   •    A service was paid for but not started
   •    A duplicate or incorrect charge occurred

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
